These terms govern your use of SecurePath VPN subscription services operated by SecurePath VPN Ltd..

We provide subscription access to virtual private network (VPN) connectivity subject to the plan you purchase. Features and device limits are described on our pricing page.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). The 7-Day Access plan is a one-time charge. Monthly and Annual plans are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the then-current rate for your plan until cancellation.
You may cancel recurring plans by contacting support@securepathvpn.ca. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, spam, or activities that harm our network or other users. We may suspend access for violations.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. See our Refund Policy for charge-related remedies.
