When you purchase a subscription, we collect your email address, date of birth, selected plan, order reference, and technical information such as IP address, device type, and browser details derived from your connection at checkout. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
We use your information to process orders, deliver access instructions, provide customer support, comply with applicable laws, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.
We collect your date of birth for age-related compliance and verification purposes. We do not use it for advertising.
We retain order and account data while your subscription is active, plus one (1) additional month, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion by contacting support@securepathvpn.ca. We will honor verified deletion requests except where retention is legally required.
